Day one of the fourth General Assembly of the PLUS Change project took place in the offices of the Ile de France regional authority on Monday, May 11. The pm session was organised by PURPLE and Czech Globe for the primary benefit of the project’s 12 Practice Cases. It included a session where PURPLE’s Vincent O’Connell talked through the likely EU level policy landscape over the next eighteen months or so as the new budgetary and programming period beginning 01/01/28 approaches.
Also included in the afternoon’s proceedings was a detailed explanation from our hosts from the Ile de France outlining just how the work in the PLUS Change project and the process of embedding a new regional spatial plan have been made to complement one another so as to become self-reinforcing.
