As the FOODCITYBOOST project consortium covened face to face for the third time, it reflected upon the 2.5 years of work and findings to date and what the remaning 19 months of delivery might bring. Central to these considerations were the inputs from PURPLE, bot on the work of the project's six Living Labs over months 1-30 of the porject and of what might be done in terms of impacting on policy development between now and December 2027, when the project concludes.
